So, how many people are considering going the weekend of 10-21? I am planning on heading out and bringing the Briggsbuilt and Pro-ATV plus our dirtbikes. Is anyone bringing any kids as my son will be coming with me. We may camp or get a hotel. Has anybody got a reccomendation? We are getting pumped up to go ride.

Well I've got to work Sat. 20th. I'll know about Sunday earlier that week. Living on the log book. If I can run out of hours on Saturday I'm in.

So, how many people are planning on going so far? I was going to call the badlands to see if they will put something on their website to promote getting some buggies out there.

I contacted the Badlands and asked if they would put something on their website to do an odyssey, pilot, buggy, etc. invite for the weekend. I'll let you know what I find out from them.

I put up a couple of posts on the Badlands Facebook site. They won't put anything on their site unless it's a Badlands event. I am hoping we can get a lot of people out there. I also talked to them about the Trec races and they will let Pilots and Odysseys run if they have lights. As long as there are three buggies, they will run the class. Bummer as I don't have lights and have no idea what it would take to un them.

Let me check with the wife (I know, I know...that's so not manly of me, lol). I close on my new-to-me house on 10/26, but no reason why I couldn't make Badlands the 20-21. =)

RV is for sale and in storage, so I would be camping, or, using my truck as a sleeping hut.

Pretty sure I won't be able to make it. Had the quads and the buggy out yesterday. Buggy needs the coolant overflow lines re-routed. I keep blowing out all my coolant to the atmosphere b/c I have one overflow line "vented" to the air. lol Also lost my speedometer somehow, and I think it's a wire in my gage pod. And still need to get the new pull start rope on her.

So...there's just no time for me to haul the buggy back to my house, make the fixes, and be ready in 2-weeks. Too much going on, especially with the move.

I'm 100% down for a spring buggy fling though! IN, PA, OH, or MI.

I was at the BADLANDS this weekend for the TREC race and customer appreciation. It was a good time. I never saw another buggy. I talked to the owner about getting something going. I am hoping we get a lot of people to go for the weekend of the 20th. Let's get pumped up!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pilot is reserved for the 20th weekend.
Need to check the trailer this week (developed a roof leak after 14 years).
If the toy hauler is dry-ish, I will be out Friday night with my son.
Wife and daughter will come out Saturday late, they have a school marching band competition.

If the trailer is too damp, son and I will come out Saturday morning and sleep in the truck.
Checked the weather channel web site, the 19th looks dry (I don't care how inaccurate the weather is, I choose to belive it's going to be nice).

I hhave been looking into the campground to see if they know anyone who has a trailer that they can rent out vs being in the tent. No luck so far unless I want to drive an extra hour to go rent a RV. I must say that would be nice, but they aren't cheap. I'll post on the BADLANDS PAGE again to see what interest I can get.

One of the beautiful things about the Bad Lands is its a gravel pit.
If it rains the water soaks in really fast.
I heard that one of the big ATV OEMs dose testing there when there test track in Ohio is too wet.

Hoser, all you have to do is call Attica campground 1 (765) 762-6189 and tell
Them what you need and they will reserve a site for you by name no cc needed to reserve.
If the office is closed when you roll in you can catch up in the morning with payment etc.
Hope to see you there!

The gate is open all night so you can enter whenever you arrive. We will be in sites 11&12. There aren't too many trees there so if you need cover from the sun bring a tent or canopy. We didn't in July and it was brutal sun.
