I would say this was a fluke (more power to the seller) it just takes one person in the right place to make a sell like that.

There is 130 Psi Compression
K - N Air Filter
If you have any Questions you can Email me at ocsd69@aol.com

Compression should be 149 to 153 any lower something is seriously wrong bet the K&N filter is the problem this can be verified by pulling the carb and looking at the intake tract for dirt and looking at the skirt of the piston once the reeds are removed.
