I sent this to another member and i thought i should post it here since there is so many people doing a rotax swap. This is the diagram for a 98 583 Forumula Deluxe wire harness. The deluxe has the electric start, 4 wire regulator(to charge battery) . This should be exactly the same, or very close to what the 670 and other rotax engines wire harness should be.

Good info as well DMoney. I figured with the amount of rotax swaps this kind of information will come in handy. I have the entire PDF shop manual for every 98 skidoo sled, but it is 250MB, much to large to upload all of it.

How about an 1991 617 rotax Engine or the manual that would have that Engine in it, anybody?
