Do you have an Ebay account? Heres links to a search for both "Honda" seals. I found more than one of each...

Only thing I've been able to find for the FL350 Clutch Side Crank Seal #91203-VM0-004 (45x62x8 DC-type) is this one on evilBay, but its 11mm thick instead of 8mm. Needs to be a DC-type seal in order to last.

I've had to seek out metric seals from UK and Czech Republic 3-4 times the past year. There's enough metric stuff in the states now, so I don't understand why someone can't make them in North America??!??!??

It's the double seal, double spring design that matches the OEM seal. Short definition is "Opposed dual spring-loaded lips for
separation of two fluids"
. Look at the Parker rotary seal design guide here:
http://www.parker.com/literature/Engineered%20Polymer%20Systems/5350.pdf

The types that are all over evilBay are typically TB or TC type with simply one lip/spring + one wiper, and this seal won't last as long as the right one. You've got two wet sides, one high pressure and one low pressure, so they each need their own spring seal situated in the correct direction.
