remember the POS manifold he design built and was trying to sell, remember 3
years ago when I pointed out its flaws (actually by buddy Don did) on tsuttion's
350, the carb was hitting the manifold (design flaw) my suggestion was what
he is trying to make now I have cad drawings some place I drew up and suggested
he use, guess after 3 years he finally seen the light Item number: 4611640352

The original idea for the manifold was not mine I had seen it before on Pilots, Odysseys,
3 wheelers, motorcycles etc.

I did some research on this via the old boards, posts, why don't you just use 1 of these instead of buying 1 for 60 bucks that were apparantly screwed up in production?

The BigTom manifold works good for me, dunno why you would want to spend more
for a reject part, seems to be a big learning curve with that many rejects, most people
throw away reject parts, if it was me I would give them to each guy that bought my
first POS attempt at making a manifold as kind of make up thing, anyhow Service
Honda price for the BigTom manifold is $51.99 no doubt Hillside Honda and Odykids
buddy Mario would be cheaper, I bet you could even get Rangerover/Hammy
to give you a good price if you asked. part number is 16221-430-000

If your looking for a straight manifold for a smaller carb like a 34mm that mates up
perfect with the 350 reed cage (smaller opening than the 89 Pilot) then use one
for a 83-84 ATC250R SUDCO has them NOS for $14.00 that's right 14.00

GEE, if I didn't know better it looks like Rocky Cycle copied that intake from livewire. Imagine that. The nerve of some people!

Rocky Cycle is not the only one that made them heck the Engine my buddy Don sold
ATVMut had one on it that he bought from CW racing so AfterMutt could just have
copied that one... At least after 3 years of trying to sell that other POS he has
realized its time to take my advice and make something better.

He must have needed to purge all his old junk on the market before he could copy a better product for more money. That is important when you need to pump the community for a profit. When he went from a newbie to an overnight exspurt I thought he was going to build better products for a lower price. Somehow that got changed around. That port work he does is a joke. I remember him asking me how to relieve the exhaust port bridge on a 350, then a few months later he's selling full on port jobs, Yeah Right, sign me up. Wonder who he tried to copy there. I would not let him port my weed whacker even if I had a gallon of whisky in my belly.

Yes its sad that people that were not around him from day one don't know he was "asking
what gap to use on his spark plug to pro Engine builder in a month" he is a crafty devil he
knows how to word things to create a illusion that is he more than a part time want to be
punk trolling sites for profits, "shameless plugging" was first use on him LMAO

Someone the other day sent me a email with one of his spiels now I see he is using
words like "we" and "us" to create the illusion he is somebody LMAO


His ability to spout off about his margin and tool up cost is legendary in our community
like we care how much he wasted fumbling around trying to cobble something together.

I remember talking to him in the chat for months on end how he was going to build better
for less no doubt now he has how easy it is to sink his teeth into others pockets his

That manifold design is exactly like I had on my race 350 in 1999, I believe it was a mossberger. It was the last one Ed had at EEE. Bolt on a carb adapter and everything fit nicely.

And BTW, the top secret BigTom Manifold came from Duncan, they hit me up for $70 each for 2. They would not tell me what it was from other than a Honda and refused to give me a part #. One still had the Honda tag on the bag, other was removed..... lol. So I guess I spent $140 on research and development? Maybe I should market them on ebay....

They would be a welcome improvement. I'll take a factory part over aftermarket most any day.
