Contemplating selling my Honda Pilot FL400. This IS NOT a go cart. Look it up on youtube. It is essentially a 1 person dune buggy that you do not have to shift. You ride it like you would a snowmobile, you just press the gas and go. This model has rare Rock Sliders that will protect the body from any side impact. Search google and youtub, these are not common at all. This has full Long Travel Suspension front and back. It DOES HAVE reverse. This model was only made for 2 years making it very popular and collectible. Good for the dunes, track, trails, anything. I am looking for 6000 obo or trade for a NICE utility ATV. I do not want something old (2005 or newer) and I do not want something wore out and high miles. Preferably a Sportsman or Can Am but will look at others. I do not want something I have to shift and it needs to be 4x4 with reverse. I am IN NO HURRY so I will not just accept the first offer that comes my way. This is a very popular and hard to find ATV and in great condition. TEXT with any questions (260) ••• ••••

I wonder if the owner is trying to pull a fast one and fool some people? Or if he isn't aware that his suspension is actually stock?

I'm gonna say this dude is being honest and just doesnt know. Compared to a gokart, it is "long travel". Hes calling the nerf bars "rock sliders" too.

That is correct, I only know what I have read. NOT trying to pull a fast one on anyone. Obviously anyone looking at the post here knows exactly what they are looking at. Kind of hard to "pull a quick one" on the Forum created for the item you are selling. I am an honest seller that usually deals in three wheelers. I traded a three wheeler and cash for this and I am not looking to trade this for a 4x4 quad or sell for cash. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I referred to the nerf bars as rock sliders because that is essentially what they will do, keep you from sliding into something and damaging your body. No difference in calling a wheel a rim. Thanks for looking and feel free to reply to my ad for any information. Its a good Pilot.

No harm meant by the nerfbar comment. Just not a lot people call them rock sliders in the pilot world, but I totally agree with you.

Good luck, looks clean from my house.

Thank you. Not trying to rip anyone off or mislead anyone on it. Just thought someone on here might be interested at the right price. If anyone is, shoot me an offer. Thanks.

At the end of the auction, can you share the costs and fees that you incur by going thru Ebay?

I am thinking of selling both my 89 and 90 and am just wondering if it is more feasible to get the type of coverage that ebay allows for or if it is better just to sell them locally.

Thank you

We try to watch each others backs. There are many scams/scammers and if someone
does not disclose the history of their ad. photos... Certainly those who notice will and should
inform others. Tough to part with money for a toy at times.... Much worse to part with said funds to
have nothing to show for it.
I am sure you are a stand up seller, and good luck with your item.
No ill intent from members here, just good guys looking out for each other. We would look out for you too.

Thanks for the backup go oddy. What you see is what you want to get. I have Been burnt once and know of others

what you post in pics is what you want to get when it arrives.

Thought I would Repeat this Bit ""Obviously anyone looking at the post here knows exactly what they are looking at""

Doesn't matter what you deal in.
