What piston were you running in it?

Do you have the matching head and any spacer plate it might have been used?

Hoser, I believe this is a modified cylinder for a 250r bottom end based on his last post.

There was a complete setup for sale I had just seen that was using an 84mm piston from a Polaris 400 quad. Wiseco number 675M08400

The Polaris quad uses a 18mm wrist pin so that piston will not work in the Pilot unless you find a rod that will fit and swap it out also, might as well have custom pistons made at that point. https://www.wiseco.com/ProductDetail.as ... =&ModelID=

Yeah, I seriously almost jumped on that. I figured it would be too much time trying to get it up and running. but it sure would be fun after it was completed. I tried to add a photo but once again back in that whole problem of figuring it out. It says The extension is not allowed.

What happen to the rest of it like the pipe, what are the crankshaft requirements to make it work on the TRX.

Hoser, this motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) has never made it that far, only had the case work done by Packard

so your getting the two lower cases and the cylinder with a new piston correct? Is there any repairs around the case saver bolts or the drain plug.

Correct - no repairs to case saver bolts or drain bolt!
