I'd like to see this poor lil ol Ody ingested by a Tigershark. What was he thinkin'?
I might give him a Bazcall  disco down for look see, testdrive and some vids for the forum?
Will ask if he has any pics etc for the build threads.

I would like to see how he dealt with the liquid cooling part of the build the watercraft engines use sea water for cooling and also have coolant jackets in the pipe for cooling and sound.

Go ooonnnnn Baz!

You know you want to!

I'm sure a few others would be interested too.

Hoser, wouldn't it be possible just to put on a large radiator and fill it with coolant?

It appears he's had a new pipe made for it. We've had a 650 ski and they definitely don't come with pipes like that.

If these issues are simple to solve, this could open up a whole new range of engines to replace stock ones with.

Ooooo, Kawasaki 750SXi. Fuel injected 750, booyah! Relatively cheap to buy too. Pull the Engine and sell the hull.

Radiator size is not the question not a problem how do you deal with all the coolant passages that used to feed the pipe just block them off how does it affect the flow of the coolant system was the pipe coolant part of a loop or the end of the loop once you block it off where is the loop now, is their a water pump thought the PWC used water off the propulsion pump to cool the Engine?

I know nothing about the PWC engines just catch bits and pieces from others over the years.

Hoser is right would like to see how the cooling is done.....the jet pump is used to cool a ski's Engine.....also some of the used water is passed through the exhaust when used.....so must have made up a exhaust mani without the cooling and tapped the head for dual cooling.....i have seen it done before but i would of used a better Engine to start with...... the kawasaki 650 was a dog.....

Today's Seadoo's don't use the water to run around the Engine, they actually have a radiator and the seawater runs around that while coolant runs around another parts of the Engine.

Just literally got off the phone to a mate who's sister has a 2014 Seadoo and he explained how it was working when he looked inside the Engine bay.

About the water running through the exhaust, I believe that was mainly due to the exhaust needing to be cooled as it was inside the hull. Needs it to eliminate excess heat and was an easy way to do it.

650 skis are really cheap here.

Some of the Volvo Penta Inboard/Outboard motors use that system.
