Selling the bottom end of the Engine that came with the pilot project I bought.
The crank was froze up when I got it so I filled the crankcase with mixed gas and let it sit overnight, the next day I could turn the crank no problem, It sounds like it has a BAD BEARING. I cleaned the Engine and put some oil in the crankcase.

ONE of the mounts is BROKE OFF so selling it for parts, this is NOT an Engine you can throw in your pilot and run.

I do NOT know if it is missing any parts as I did not take it apart.

You get all the pilot parts that are in the pictures.
I will take $200.00 TOTAL price shipped to you in the lower 48 of the USA, the guys on EBAY want a lot more just for the stator.
Just trying to recoup some of the money I spent on the pilot since I don't have an income at the moment.

Yes you do get all parts in the pics, the intake manifold is good, still flexible ,not stiff, and the air intake hose from carb to air box.

I have only a small hoard of bottom end parts so this will be an excellent addition and great for some spare parts that I didnt have. BadBob was a pleasure to deal with.

Oh for sure, to guys like us that is a gold mine-I was happy you go it, but sad I didnt! Cases alone well worth that price alone, as posted the stator etc is all quality items you are not going to be able to get in a couple years. Greta post, great price and a great find for you!!

I could have asked more for the parts but I did not see any point of trying to charge ebay prices when I don't need the parts, I got the pilot cheap so I figured I would pass the saving on to some members here that can use the parts.
Hopefully when I need some parts I can get a good deal on some stuff

I need to change the name of my project since it did not cost me anything after selling the parts

What are you offering!?!? Just kidding :( I have been waiting some time for a parts/basket case Pilot to come up for sale near me. Just so I would have extra parts for when I am in need. You know right before that big ride is when the part that breaks is the only one on Ebay for 10 times the retail price and you have to buy or you wont be riding that weekend. Im thankful I found this, ive been looking for a while. This will tide me over until I find a parts machine.

The only reason I found it before you is because I am off work due to a back injury so I had access to the forum during the day, lol.

Parts arrived safe and sound, the cooler is a killer idea, Im sure it will be passed along to another forum member as I plan on keeping it for future shipping. Thanks again BadBob for letting the PO community have first dibs on the parts lot.

Got my package from Bob too, fast shipping, as advertised and killer packaging!

Good to hear you got it in one piece, I hate getting parts shipped to me and the flimsy cardboard box that they used to ship in looks like it got ran over by a truck and part of the item inside is sticking out the side of the box and no packaging material in the box.
It may cost me more to ship in a bigger heavy duty box but I would rather pay a bit more to make sure somebody gets there parts in one piece and I don't have to file a claim to get reimbursed from the shipper for something I did not package well.

Yep ditto on that, then go try to file claim with UPS, they will beat you down till you don't feel like fighting for what you paid for in the first place. The bottom end and parts were packed very well, just like I would have packed.
