This a scam?

http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ram/r ... 38975.html

The 1989 Honda Pilot is a 400cc liquid cooled Engine as a replacement to the 250/350cc air cooled Honda Odyssey’s Built in the late 70's and early 80's. Liquid cooling offers more power and longer Engine life. Designed with a full roll cage and seat harness these are very safe to drive. They are by far one of the most fun vehicles you will ever own! The top end is in need of a rebuild (normal for 2-stroke engines when compression lowers from usage). You can look forward to years of usage. This Pilot runs and drives great and everything works as it should. The electrical system, including lights and steering wheel indicators (forward, neutral and reverse) operate as designed. With the new battery, it starts with just a push of the button!!

There are some cracks in the plastic fenders and a broken out piece in the right side (see photo). OEM plastic is available if you want to replace any one of the fenders or side panels. The emergency brake bracket was broken when I bought the Pilot and I never found that I needed to use the emergency brake so purchasing a new bracket was never pursued. Finally, the seat belt harness buckle is worn and should be replaced.

This has been a lot of fun but with our 4X4 ATV's and other toys we just do not use the Pilot. One of the best vacations I have done (and continue to do every few years) is taking the toys out to Oregon Dunes or one of Utah’s many riding areas. They both offer the riding of a lifetime! Delivery is feasible within a reasonable distance. Email or call with any questions. Roger (651) 492-2222

Every time I've seen those nutty symbols its been a scam.

Hard to tell. As soon as someone contacts him and he says he's out of the country we'll know.

Yeah the symbols was the first sign that and the description where they try to give a history lesson on what they are selling is often a sign of a scam.

Be worth someone checking out that was in need of a Pilot just proceed with caution.
