G'day all, my recently purchased Pilot has a Honda standard top end, Cyl, Head & Piston all OEM, but has the 39mm PWK carb & Top end power pipe & silencer, I will be changing back to std carb & exhaust to improve/restore torque & economy. Is there anything i need to know before/during/after the change back. Regards Baz

I'd trade you my stock parts for yours & pay my half of the freight. I basically run sand dunes & could use the topend aid.

I'm interested in the PWK 39mm if it is in good shape and you are selling. I just sold my stock Pilot carb or I'd offer that in trade.

Replace that air box lid immed as well, run a dual inlet lid if needed or just go back to single inlet like stock, that's a bad setup you got there, does it aleast have a prefilter on the airfilter?

Sorry guys but the carb & exhaust are allready promised as a swap for standards to a mate on the east coast of Aus.
Yes Gregg it has got a pre filter wrap of 10mm 3/8 foam plus stocking ,this is temporary as i bought it. Aussieduner Tony will be sending me one of his dual snorkle kits. Just wanted to find out if theres anything i need to know before, during, after changeover. Thanks Baz

just jetting. You're going to be super super rich.....coming from hi performance parts to stock. Don't get frustrated. (Easier said than done) Take your time and learn how each part you swap affects the system as a whole. (You do that, and you will have mastered the 2-stroke) Good luck!!!

P.S. Don't get cheap and try to reuse the damn intake gaskets A & B.
