Any pics of ya crack?
Try this for repair.
First up superglue your crack together, this is just to keep it together in shape and tight for the major repair underneath.
Get some solid wire, like used pop rivet shafts.Cut and shape them to suit the fender profile underneath the fender.
Then with some long nose pliers, hold the pop rivet shafts and heat up with a flame.
When real hot, push them across the crack and gently let them melt in while guiding/pushing the wire in just enough to to covered with hot fender plastic.
Then get one of those small curved steel spatulas, heat it up enough to melt the plastic, and trowel across the repair smoothing it out,and filling in the whole repair.
If you need more plastic, try and source some similar red plastic to melt in there for filler.
Never throw away your plastic pieces, they can be used for filler material in future?
Take pics of your repair work,if it helps out others, then it could be said-"Everybody loves Raymondo"
