Found this on Craigslist. Grossly underpowered but looks like it could have some potential with the right Engine.

Pretty cool, for 1k, better than a lot of the "go karts" you see going for more. Especially for a kid that doesn't need the HP.

A arm suspension, disk brakes, nice seat, doesn't look like a bad machine.

I agree the Engine is less than ideal, but probably compares to an 8hp briggs etc. which can still be fun.

No shizzle, that's not a bad package for $1k. Would be really cool if it had a decent gearbox.

Reply from seller:

"Hello. The frame is not custom. It is an off brand name, Kast. And is a 1 piece Engine trans assembly. I do not have pics of rear hub/carriers at the moment, but can take some later."

I can't find anything of that brand anywhere.

Hmmmm....

I couldn't find squat either!

I find it amazing as to how close it is to an Ody.

They've been mentioned here before.

If I am not mistaken that is a Chinese knock off...... Some parts are easy to get others are not, quality is not the greatest either

Not at all surprised! Everything in China is a knock-off. They're even faking whole luxury cars and re-badging them for China & Europe markets these days. No IP or trademark law can stretch across the Pacific! Dirty pigs.

"So you've never heard of Kasea? More than 10 years ago, brothers Ken and Steve Leighty saw a gaping hole in the youth ATV market and ran with it. Kasea (an acronym for Ken and Steve's Excellent Adventure) has since weathered the storms of criticism, supply-chain problems and manufacturing anomalies. Scot Steffy, Kasea's U.S. sales manager, makes no excuses and offers reassurances of the company's commitment to quality, performance and low price. "We are constantly improving our product and always looking for better ways to do things. We are working with ISO 9002-certified factories and are in constant communication with the assembly line." Highlights for 2004 include the new Skyhawk 250, which we spent a considerable amount of time riding, and the all-new 250cc Explorer off-road buggy."

"The close-to-production, single-seat Explorer 250, manufactured in Korea, is Kasea’s version of the Honda Pilot. The Explorer 250 is powered by a Kymco 249cc, water-cooled, four-stroke Engine. It measures 86.4 inches long by 59.4 inches wide and has a 62.2-inch wheelbase. Dual A-arms are found in the front and rear and the Explorer has a 9.3-inch ground clearance. The machine rides on Kenda Bear Claw tires and weighs roughly 600 pounds dry.
Four-wheel disc brakes, four-point seat belt, twin headlights, automatic transmission and electric start are some of the other standard features. It will retail for $5,499."

Here's one with a 583cc Rotax! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHd05N2A6Jo
