thanks! I just snagged the top one for safe keeping! I haven't made up my mind on whether I am going to go with a 94c or a 102c but from what I have read these covers are a quite nice to have for the 102's.... guess it wont hurt to have one on the shelf!

I grabbed the second one. I don't mind the idea of having a couple of these around. Notice the hole in the center of these have nothing in them. In this thread the guy says the cover off a 100c fits the 102c.

After I saw that I did an eBay search of comet 100c and found a few with covers immediately. I asked each one if they'd sell the cover seperately and most said no. They seemed to think the clutch wouldn't function without it even after I told them that it should. Anyway one guy replied that he had a cover he'd sell me. Didn't seem too hard to find to me. Was I think $27 shipped. It has what appears to be a brass bushing in the hole. Did yours have this Randy? I tried to push it out by hand but it didn't budge. Happened to have it in my car so I took a couple pics of it on my way to work.

Dave, no mine didn't have a bushing just a good ole fashioned hole!

Got my second cover in the mail today. The first one I have off the 100c has a smaller hole in the center than the one for the 102c but it came with the outside piece of the clutch(not sure what it's called). Also the little metal thing in the picture isn't on the first one.
