::: :::

I've put some aftermarket FL350R front & rear brake kits together. Will ship to USA, Canada, and also worldwide provided we iron out shipping costs ahead of time (I've shipped to UK, too).

Kits include:
> All professional-grade race fittings, chrome or polished (no cute/colorful stuff), rated to 3000psi or higher.
> Polished chrome banjo fittings
> SS braided lines
> Line tee, aluminum (black)

You can re-use the factory j-arm brake line stays & rubber bushings, and the short rear caliper line fitting will clip onto the frame just like the factory rubber line (unless you opt for the long line kit). Lines are slightly longer than the stock rubber lines simply to make instal easier. The tee is zip-tied to the frame -- does not use the old mount. All kits ship with parts hand-tight only. You will need to position the lines/fittings before final wrench-tightening.

Why replace your brake lines?
- They're from 1985.
- Rubber lines tend to flex and absorb some braking pressure.
- Lines & fittings are full of crud.
- If you're rebuilding your master cyl or converting to disk brakes, why let the old stock lines hold you back?
- The new lines will bleed easier.
- You needed to add or change your master cylinder's fluid anyways.
- FYI: the master cyl cap screws are still available through the dealership (the original ones never remove without a fight!)

PRICING:

Front + Rear Short Caliper Line kit:
Replaces the front rubber lines, front middle hard line, front master cyl hard line, and rear short rubber caliper line. **Still uses the long hard rear line.
$120.00 + $5.70 s/h to US48. (Selling for $152.99 on evilBay to cover fees)

Front Only:
Replaces the front R/L rubber lines, middle hard line, and front master cyl hard line.
$90.00 + $5.70 s/h to US48.

Rear Short Caliper Line Only:
Replaces the rear rubber line. Still uses the long rear hard line. Fits into the factory brake line tab and includes a new clip.
$30.00 + $5.70 s/h to US48.

PM me if interested! :-) :-)

I'm also working on the following kits not yet available...

1. Complete REAR brake line replacement: Consolidates the (2) rear lines into (1) long line from master to caliper. Targeting $50.00 + s/h.

2. Complete Brake Line Replacement Kit: Replaces ALL front & rear stock hard and soft brake lines on the FL350, including the long hard line from front to rear. The long hard line and rear caliper line get consolidated into ONE long line from the master to the caliper. Braided line would run where the stock hard line ran and would need to be zip-tied to the frame. Targeting a price of $140 + s/h.

3. Complete REAR brake line replacement WITH hydraulic line-lock parking brake. Targeting a price of $125 + s/h.

4. D-Money's Front disc brake conversion kit (calipers, pads, brackets, TRX hubs w/ rotors, & hardware). Fits stock brake lines or steel-braided line kit. Uses your stock spindles. No cutting/grinding of your buggy required. **Requires 10x5 3+2 offset front wheels with 4/144 lug (TRX450R, KFX400, Z400). Targeting a price $160-$180 + s/h.

*****Note: I no longer offer any of the kits described in the previous thread.*****

CURRENTLY...
For the FL350, I've got a 4-line SS-braided "all line replacement kit" on evilBay. Simply take 15% off that price for the private sale PO.com price.

I've got a 5-line kit for the FL400 listed, too. Same deal on the PO.com price.

Clear poly tube is additional cost, as is longer lengths for accommodating LT.

PM me for details on either.
