What are the normal operating head temps on a 350?

I have a straight fin and am finding 250 with the oddy cool is average. Actually runs cooler at idle and slow speeds. For the extended runs I have room for I find it heats up as high as 300 so far.

Jetting is real fat/safe and I would imagine if I tune it better they may increase.

This is good info as related to CHT (cylinder Head Temp) versus water temp (coolant Temp). What would be really cool is the build sheet and jetting to go with it. The correlation would very valuable info for 350 guys. I will go back and see if I can pull data from post too compile and add to my 350 data. Please feel free to share ay and all.
