It's all gotta go.

Pilot 1.
Not much I can say about this one. Clean all stock except for the red labels and added 6 pack rack. Starts right up, sounds good, looks good, rides good. Plastics have normal scuffing, no cracks or broken tabs. Frame is clean and straight. Seat is a little discolored and a little stiff around the edges. I bought this one from California a few years back and have never ridden it except around my yard a few times so I do not have a history of it. Front tires only hold air for a few days however I will include 2 new un-mounted Holeshot GNCC's. Needs a battery. I will include a new battery if the Pilot is picked up locally. If it needs to be shipped, you're on your own since shipper won't take the battery with it anyways.
The only things I see that it needs is the air intake tube and an air filter

Pilot 2.
As they say, never judge a book by its cover.
I have ridden the crap out of this Pilot (those that have ridden with me know I have one speed...WFO) but I have also maintained and kept this Pilot in top mechanical condition. If something wore I replaced it. If something could be upgraded...I upgraded it. This is a turn the key, hit the start button and go Pilot. It has never left me stranded, broken during a ride or left me sitting at the truck while others rode. Hoser built Engine (top and bottom end) with all new everything in the Engine including his full "secret squirrel" porting/machine work. This is very strong Engine. 20 to 30 hours on the Engine since rebuild. Speed chaser cool head, 2 pc. plated rev pipe, custom fitted FMF CR500 "Q" core silencer, Works shocks on the front, FOX 2.0 air shocks with my brackets welded on the rear, Powerblock clutch, Teamtech RAMPAC 5 point harness, dual air intake with KN's as pre filters. Pretty new Holeshots on the rear and the fronts have good tread. About 3 years ago all wheel bearings (front and rear) and seals were replaced (NTN USA bearings and Honda seals), CV joints were cleaned/repacked, boots replaced . All tranny seals replaced. New brake pads and lots of other mechanical stuff I couldn't begin to list.

Most of the plastic is gouged, scratched, cracked and stitched up, but side panels, roof, tub are decent in case the new owner really wants to make it look prettier. (I have some new plastics available if interested, read on). Seat has a few cracks but still very usable and is not a sponge when it rains. Front Hondaline bumper, with the elusive aluminum hondaline front skid plate on it. Hondline nerfs, well used but still straight.

Although this Pilot might look rough, it is far from it...

Spare parts:
Lots of new and used parts. I am offering to the buyer of both pilots as one lot at well below the value of these parts. I am not going to go through and list each part. Those that have been looking at parts know the value of what is listed, anything not listed is a bonus. Some of the notable parts are:
3 new rear fenders
4 new front fenders
1 full set of used Pilot plastic (minus radiator cover) in OK shape, painted yellow, modified for a long travel. The yellow paint might come off..but it would be a lot of work.
2 "danifold" intakes
1 chucklenuts at aftershot motorspurts intake
1 used head. (perfect condition)
1 rear knuckle
1 set of rear DC Fox shock brackets and hardware (plus the original un-welded and un-bent patterns. (I am passing the design rights on, the new owner of this design can apply for a patent and become a multi-bazillionaire if so inclined).
1 set of silicon radiator hoses
2 air box lids, (1 new, 1 used )
2 sets of stock harness
2 used stock clutches (flat faces)
1 used stock 89 pipe and silencer
2 used bendix
1 new set poly bushing (both sides front only)
1 new front and rear Galfer stainless brake line set (5 piece)
1 glove box
2 caliper brackets (no wobbled out mounting holes)
1 new Keihin 39mm PWK carb (plus new Honda throttle cable for it)

Includes a set of front stock rims a little rusty but in decent shape (tires are trash) and a set of sand skate rear paddles mounted on Douglas red labels

Many hundreds of dollars worth of Engine/tranny bearings, seals and lots of new small parts (bolts, nuts, clips, o rings, stickers/emblems etc) still in the package.

Also available is a 2001 Haulmark, 7x12 enclosed "low hauler" dual axle enclosed trailer with electric tongue jack. Has newer tires and a few scratches. I'll give it a fair to average condition. I started to redo the inside but never really finished. Floors and walls are in, but needs a little finish work and interior wiring completed. (new fuse box and trailer break-a-way brake parts are included)

If you've read this far you're probably wondering just how much is all this. I'll offer a few options as I want this all gone as soon as possible

2 pilots, all the parts and the trailer $12,000
2 pilots and the parts $11,000
2 pilots $9,000.00
1 Pilot (either of them ) $4750
Trailer $1500
Titles for Pilots and trailer are available, I have them in hand but have never registered them in Florida so if a title is needed that will take a few weeks to get Florida titles.

The parts will only be sold to the buyer of both pilots. If the pilots sell without the parts I will offer the parts to the highest bidder after the sale.

The exception to this is the member (sorry I deleted your PM) that asked about a fuel filter. I found a used one you can have. PM me again and let me know where to ship it.

Prices are pretty firm (and I think more than fair), but if you have an offer all I can say is no...

Everything is located in Lake Mary, Florida 32746 (15 miles north of Orlando)

More photos or photos of specific things can be emailed as requested.

Only 6 photos can be listed per post, so I will add follow up post with more photos

"2 pilots and the parts $11,0000"

That's what I paid for my house! :-)

Good luck DC, nice pilots for sure.

1500$ for the trailer? That would be 3-4k in NJ!

OK there might have been a extra 0 in that price... all fixed now.

I had the pleasure of riding with DC one afternoon last year and can attest to Pilot #2 as jam up. The power and ride was amazing and he did not have to touch anything on it all day , while he and I seemed to have to tinker with my Drakart all day ( I was still in the debugging stage and just didn't realize it)
I might add the faster machine was which ever one he was driving.

An awesome deal for someone, wish it was me.
Good luck with you're new adventures in life.

PS if the buyer is not intrested in the trailer I may be. I can never have too many.

Wow, nice post DC, that thing must have taken all day. Coming to Michigan to visit family any time soon?

I don't have a trip planned, but depending on what you had interest in I might be swayed.

You could bring a full size pick up down, load 1 pilot in the back of it, hook up the trailer with the other pilot and parts and head home... its 20 hours each way.. you'd be all set up in the Pilot world.

I haven't been riding once this year, I think I went 2 times last year. I hate to see them just collecting dust.

Pilot #1 has been sold.

Still available is Pilot #2, parts and trailer

updated pricing:

1 Pilot, parts lot and trailer $8000.00
1 Pilot and the parts $7000.00
1 Pilot $4750.00
Trailer $1500.00

Will also consider trading (partial or full if you have something really special) for Gibson (USA made LP or SG only) - American Fender Strat or Tele and vintage USA or UK made tube amps (full tube only, sorry not interested in any type of hybrid/electronic-tube combos).

DC does maintain his pilots very well.... Those are good prices and the trailer is a steal at that price
Dude, no where to ride? Or did you get a new toy? :-)
Hope you are well buddy

Kind of a sad day today... I delivered Pilot #2, trailer and all the parts to the new owner today. Looks like my Pilot riding days have come to an end.

I'll let the new owner of my collection speak up if he wishes to express how happy he is.

Well the new owner is very happy and will be riding it soon, on the ice, and then waiting for spring.
Thanks Doug

Congratulations. Talk about patience, a member since 2010 and just one post. :-)
Look forward to reading about your riding. Videos of the ice riding maybe?

Didnt you make the brackets for the fox shocks on the rear? Are those all gone?

I did make the brackets, fastcat66 has the last remaining set that I had saved for a "future" project. He may want to sell them since his new ride already has the brackets.
