I am trying to find what the top speed is supposed to be for the fl 250. i am trying to sell mine and the guy that came out said it was not fast enough. he claims it should do 50-60 mph. that seems a little high.

In absolute perfect conditions you can expect it to hit 50 mph, but under normal conditions I would eect no more than 40-45 mph.
