I have two cylinders and 2 heads for I believe fl250's
I note that there are differences. did they change heads and cylinders between 77 and 89?
one has angled fins and 4 guide bolts the other has 2 and straight fins

i THINK i MAY HAVE ANSWERED MY OWN QUESTION.
ANGLED FINS ON HEAD IS THE FL350?

The angled fins are off of a cr250. The head will fit an fl250. The cylinders I know will also interchange but I don’t know enough about those to say it is an actual cr cylinder.

That’s a 73-74 Cr250 Elsinore head
Bolts onto the stock fl250 cylinder
The 73-74 cr250 cylinder will also bolt onto the stock FL-250 cases

Both cylinders you have are stock
