 Post subject: fl250 stud pattern????

hi

im ordering some rear rims to be made, but i don't know the stud pattern that the need to drill? i thought i read somewhere it was a 100mm on 3 stud pattern, but when i measured it it was only 85mm or so from the center of one hole to the next???? wtf

can anyone help?

Owners or service manual does not list the bolt pattern in the specs?

don't have a manual handy here or I would look...

the manual doesn't say anything about the stud pattern, all it says is to rplace broken rims with HONDA REPLACEMENTS, (which in australia are $380 each!). i suppose ill just wait until my dad gets back from shooting :shock:

I have the 84 FL250 with the 4 lug rear rims on 130mm.....but I did some checking and it does seem that the rear rims, 3 lug, are 100mm......dunno if this helps or not.....

i thought it was 3 on 100, thanks ill write it down so i don't forget. did 84' s come out with a 4 stud hub, or is it off another quad?
