Alain was a asshole and almost everyone that ever delt with him would agree.I like the Tiger he produced but I wouldn't buy it from him because he was a prick. That is just my opinion but if you look I think many would agree.I like the fact that livewire is building these,I will wait and see whatit looks like and how it performs before I make any comments....

You think Alain was a prick wait until you get a load of LIEwire, he is a prick and a liar, don't take my word for it just look at how he and all his friends treated Turbotexas from the get go with his suspension deal, cant hide the facts altho many would like to see the facts deleted, LIEwire used his friends to talk in the 3rd person lmao, if people cant see this they blind.

On another trip, Liewire had just gotten his Drakart from Canada (after driving 17 hrs "straight thru customs") and on his first trip out on the dunes had to be towed back to the parking lot by me and my Pilot. His excuse was he was "running the gas out" and ran out of gas on the way back to the parking lot (even though he was facing heading back out to the drag strip). I use to have a pic somewhere of me towing him in but can't seem to find it right now.

There was something weird with him and turbo going on but honestly I am sick of seeing Turbo whine and complain about it.(no offense Turbo)Let it go,we have all had to here it time and time again and we know that you aren't happy with him.You obviously have more knowledge of Live wire then me but I don't judge somebody unless they do me wrong.I don't go by what everyone says because before you know it all these people jump on the ban wagon and don't have a clue of whats going on.Turbos kit looked shady but a guy I race with has it and it looks fine and handled great,so which side do you take????

Here's the deal..... Liewire use to be part of the POOA brotherhood and he burned his bridges by making shoddy aftermarket equipment for Odysseys and then Pilots and not taking "constructive criticism" when given to him to help improve flaws in his designs. His design flaws led to more than one persons life being put at risk including the webmaster at hoser's old pooa board. When confronted on it and thru various behind the scenes confrontations people started giving him advice that was far out of specs to see if at least he did his homework before trying to come off as an expert. He fell for the bait and was caught distrubuting the aforementioned advice as "bible verses". After being outed he setup shop and began his profit motivated afterthought motorsports. He preached to be an Engine builder while sending all his work out to a third party instead of dispersing who to go to, he decided to act as the middle man and make a profit instead. This severed his alliance with POOA brotherhood as the group was founded on the premise of helping out others in the Pilot and Odyssey community and telling people where to get the
best deal on parts/Engine work/shocks/clutches/belts etc. All that being said, I must mention that I have ridden with and had meals muched off me by liewire and company and should have known from day one (others can attest I am sure to the handouts they made to him that went unreturned) that he was a "user" and not a friend. He was and still is in my book a "shade tree mechanic" at best and will now probably be calling himself "manufacturer" or President and CEO... the latter probably being more fit for someone who doesn't actually doing any work and makes a profit.

Could he have learned a lot in all his years since all this went down... Sure, he could have but from what I have seen he is all about CYA and what sells his products and not concerned with the safety of those people who buy from him. He lives in a state where liability lawsuits are nearly unheard of and probably could get away with murder if one of his new buggies kills someone. I say that because anyone buying from him should be aware of the potential of putting your life at risk. I won't go into the gory details of stuck wide open throttles and crushed nerf bars but you should be aware of it happend nonetheless. If you haven't been wronged by him, then you are either lucky or not smart enough to realize when you've been had...

So there you have it... You have BEEN WARNED! BUYER BEWARE! THE RIDE YOU CHOOSE COULD BE YOUR LAST!

No offense taken Sicksand but I am whineing for the benifet of newbies!!! and the next guy who is taken by Lie wire...

http://www.pilotodyssey.com/8525687400 ... enDocument

My first dealings with him... He sold me a j-arm that was not right and after I asked about the bad piece he said he would give me credit on my A-Arm kit??? Never offered to replace the j-arm he sent??? I had to get one off of e-bay... I believe from Socal gi??? long time ago...don't remember!!
THEN I find out that atvracing did do a replacement job for about what I paid LW for his piece of shit he sold me!!! He also knew about this as he recently discussed it somewhere... I think he just gave someone the forms for this mod...
someone on kiwa's board just recently...
I only suggested a cheaper alternitive to a fellow Ody owner and look at this grief I got LONG BEFORE THE LONGTRAVEL FIASCO!!!
http://www.pilotodyssey.com/pilot-odys ... turbotexas

Now if you look at all the post I've made on those other boards you should notice a pattern... even the recent post on MB.net...ATVNUT and BUGPAC/Buggy_fabber are always backstabbing me??? From the get go even before the recieving of the long travel kit...
So maybe now you will see some of the reasons I am so disgruntled when it comes to Steve Bishop (Professional Liar) and chucklenuts at aftershot motorspurts motorsports...

See this is the problem in the community-just let it go-WHY?Turbo should be like everybody else and bow to Chucklenuts ?? that's BS man and your spewing the type of crap the darkside loves to see-and it helps guy like him sell to the newbies that have no clue-
You say you don't judge somebody unless they do you wrong-well Chucklenuts wronged Turbo-have you to date bought a product from him? You'll be wronged for sure when that happens-let me tell you firsthand.
If you do not go but what people say then BUY a CAR-LT kit from him-put your hard earned money like Turbo and myself did and buy something-all your BS is making me sick-why cant you drop it and stop the free advertising for Chucklenuts-HMMMMM????Jump on Chucklenuts bandwagon and I'll bet ya it breaks on the first ride for sure-check your insurance.
I am hopeful this project does not go any farther as IMO someone could get seroiusly hurt this time, it is a miracle to date nobody has been injured from the other products sold IMO-WHEN YOU purchase and test a kit-car from CHUCKLENUTS then I'll jump on your bandwagon-hopefully it hasn't been produced by chucklenuts!!!

Good god -I havent heard anything about these for some time-I wonder if they are going through a testing session somewhere in MI at the AFTERTHOUGHT MOTORSPORTS compound.
I recently saw a posting from the new owner bashing others in the Pilot odyssey world products-I shall be doing a testing session on the YODA front end kit with my new Pilot and post the results of it-good or bad-either way.

Alain got busy when he got out there, or was someone else already running this shop before he went back?
