Just a quick question, what should I have the clearance set at for a new bore on a wiseco 81mm piston?

Pilot or Odyssey?

The clearance should be marked right on the front of the box, their also should be a tech sheet that came with the piston.

If you are talking 350s, and run an air cooled head, I would highly advise .005. Wiesco recommends .003(from what I remember). I have had way too many scuffed pistons at .003, and way to soon also. don't forget to relieve the exhaust bridge and drill the cooling holes!

I just had my FL350 bored at .004. The Wiseco box stated .004. Be sure to have the ports chamfered correctly and like Nuke said relieveexhaust bridge. My bridge is at .007 from bridge to the side of the bore if I remember right...Marc
