There are no aftermarket drivens for the Pilot.

I believe the impulse line is a 3/16 line. I just replaced mine using motion pro black line.

Pretty sure its 1/4. Are you using the oem fuel pump? I replaced my Keihn fuel pump to Mikuni and I noticed the fitting is smaller on the Mikuni.

Try a bigger line and clamp them down......

Are you bypassing the fuel filter? The reason why I ask is because on the pilot (stock) the lines start from the petcock then to the fuel filter then to the fuel pump.

Oh I feel your pain. I bought my pilot in Feb. and it took me two and half months to figure out all the screw ups the previous owner did to it. Actually, last Sat. was my first time I got to actually enjoy riding it. Well worth the work and frustrations :-).
