I would not hesitate to order from behrents, they are god guys have been around a long time. They are about 45 minutes from me. I go there whenever I need some rod ends or odds and ends. they have a phone # You can just call them to ask the price shipped.

California is fining you if you don't have C.A.R.B. certified jugs, just another way to milk money out of you.

This is the cheapest I could find.

Yes those piece of crap jugs that pour like crap............ but the ones I posted above are the only ones I could find that will pass C.A.R.B. and are like our old jugs.

The rangers will come into your camp and write tickets for each jug you have that doesn't comply it hasn't happened to us yet but its coming I figure it will be cheaper to swap out old jugs than having to pay fines.

Bought 3 more JAZ jugs and one of the spill-free jugs afastcar gave a link to.

FYI the safety style cap on the can below will fit the JAZ perfectly.

I have 5 of these I got a year or so ago on sale through a rock crawler site for $7.50 each with free shipping (killer deal at the time), they don't appear to sell them anymore, otherwise I'd post the link.

http://doitbest.com/Gas+Cans-Plastics+G ... 575390.dib

A lot of guys from work go out to Glamis with the long travel rails and in one outing last year they got 23 tickets for non-carb approved jugs, no idea what they cost for each ticket, but it's not worth it, whatever it is.

Well I filled all my new jugs today, thought I would try out the new RED one to see how that goofy nozzle works, the RZR was at 3/4 full so I thought I would top it off, ended up with about 2-3 cups of gas all over the RZR and about 1 cup in the tank, so much for trying to make the gas can Natzi in CA, went and got my JAZ with the hose on it and filled the tank and didnt spill a drop.

Maybe it will fill the Pilot without splashing back.

Looks like I will be getting one of them Odystable has.

I have had this style for about 5 years... and they make me grumpy every time I use them. The flow rate is silly slow and the valve sticks closed and then sticks open.... bla bla bla.

do you think we could ad a hose to the end of the valve like the old fill hose? would that help?

While mine say they're CARB approved, they don't look exactly like the new version and mine are Blitz not B & S, but I think there's a link to the Blitz can on that page.

WallyMart here carries them now, but not as cheap as I got em for, not sure if out of state stores would carry them though.

I never bought into the whole 5 gallon jug craze myself, seemed more like a quest for who can refuel the fastest to me and being of an engineering mind I never thought refueling fast was something to strive for in a recreational sport if you know what I mean........

Not to mention that they cost 10-15 bux more than most other 5 gallon cans.

If you have a difficult to get to fill location, then I don't see why you can't have a tube on the end as long as it doesn't interfere with the venting of the nozzle, just my opinion.

Dunno, the gas comes out the side is the problem so the hose would have to be way bigger than the end, should work on a Pilot or Odyssey ok it would work on the RZR if the end of it was 4-6" longer so where the fuel comes out was in the tank not in the filler neck.

I went to local DO IT center and found the cans like Odystable post a link for the 5 gallon version was on sale for 5.99 so I got two of them then got a 2.5 gallon for 7.99 I only got the 2.5 gallon so it can be strapped to a Pilot in case someone runs out, I will probably make a can holder for the 5 gallon to go into the back of the RZR .

I love the JAZ cans IMO they are the only can that should be legal I can fill them and set in the sun they don't vent, this is nice when putting them in a enclosed trailer, no gas smell, went from here to Glamis with them full never smelled any gas in the back of the bus.
