Very fine work indeed. The cylinder looks a lot like the Leckich jug I use on the 420cc350. It was originally a stock cylinder that had been cut/welded/ and resleeved to a big bore(86-88.5MM).

Contact Comet Hofco and ask for all the tech info they have on clutches, they will have a application guide and another pamphlet that tells what spring and ramps gives you what rpms, you can look up the offset and belt width for a 350 then possibly adjust that clutch to work on a or match the 350 clutch they sell, be warned ramps and springs are not cheap before long you might have more than a new one invested, if that's the case document what you have sell it again on evilbay, take pics of all the wear areas show its condition and what application it will fit should bring double what you paid.

While your playing with clutches you might want to read all this
http://www.rzrforums.net/engine-drivetr ... reads.html

Keep in mind you want to upshift before peak torque not at or after peak torque on a Pilot or Odyssey, biggest mistake people make is running around in too low of a gear with the Engine screaming, many witnessed this act of stupidity whilst at the dunes with Liewire.

Oh that's cool hope he is right, you cant tell by looking you need to go by part numbers, you get a can of the comet clutch lube yet so you can lube before installing?

How does the rollers and ramps look?

Their any play in the bushing for the movable face?

looking good You should pull and line up the rear axles
being out of a lineament will put extra stress on transmission bearings
and vibrate at high speed
