I am looking for a service or repair manual for the FL350. Is there a place to download a free one? I need to rebuild the upper end of my motor (( Internal Combustion Engine ? )) due to a hole in the piston and have no idea how to do it.

Thanks

That manual will be your best friend!!!
Start looking for a machine shop to do the boring etc...
If you cant find one down there I can show you a guy in San Antonio

What kind of machine shop did you use? I figured a regular automotive machine shop could do it if they had the specs. Should I machine the sleave or use a new one?

Once again THANKS Turbo, your the man. I have the paper original but it's ratty. rkinman you may want to put some research time into finding the right machine shop. Not trying to imply that you weren't allready. Are you planning on relieving the exhaust bridge as the guys here recommend? What about the chamfers that will need to be redone on the ports? I am looking myself for a shop and as usual quite a few of the shops/people I've talked to are not familiar with these engines. Some auto machine shops don't even want to touch them. After talking to them I would'nt want them to anyway. Don't mean to complicate your search, just trying to help. The guys here like Turbo have been there done that and paid the price....or not. They'll know.

Wink
