Have you thought about getting a new billet Hillside Honda head?

Trevor has them for sale still. Aside from the issues myself and Jim327 had with the improper head studs, the head cools very well. If you are going to buy one from him, make sure he offsets the water fitting so one side. My front water fitting is too close to the stud and I had to modify the flanged mounting nut to make it work.

Even with the issues, I would purchase another one. If he has the proper head studs in stock and he offsets the front water line like he did on Jim's, there shouldn't be any problems with it.

that's hot. I like the billet red. I have a bud that is looking for a used 1. He might go for this after he sees it though :-)

OK guys here's the story.......

Those pictures are of Jim327's head and were originally posted on Trevor Brown of Brown's R&D website. I believe his father is the owner of Hillside Honda. Trevor decided to start his own business "Brown's R&D Racing". Unfortunately his website never has worked properly. If you are interested in one of his Hillside Honda heads you will have to email him directly...... brd.racing@yahoo.com

Turbo you saw my billet Hillside Honda head at Walker River Resort. It is the exact same head as in the picture it's just that mine was not anodized. Jim paid extra to have Trevor anodize his red.

He posted the build here.

The Hillside Honda head manufacturing has been passed down to Trevor brown. I'm guessing the old cast ones were made by his father. I don't know if they lost the mold or what but Trevor decided to make them in billet form and I was luck enough to get serial #1! Jim was lucky enough to get #2!

Trevor is a young puppy, I believe he is in his mid 20's.

I thought about having mine anodized but unfortunately, anodizing on aluminum scratches really easy and mine would look like crap by the end of the season. If I do get a wild hair up my ass I may wind up painting mine with some of the high heat Engine enamel paint the company I work for makes. I just haven't made up my mind what color yet.
