I would rather use one that has not gone from stock pitch to altered pitch back to stock pitch. If I didn't have extras it wouldn't be an issue.
You know, the more I read this the more it pisses me off!
Not good enough for you, but you can sell it for top dollar and let some other unsuspecting buyer use it???
Good thing there's no CV boots on an FL250 huh..............
I do not understand why you are pissed off.
No, it is not good enough for me. Yes, I can sell it.
Unsuspecting is not the right word. The part is in great usable condition and
no problems could be made with it.
Top dollar is your point of view.
I'm pissed off because you're selling a "piece of crap" that's "not good enough for you" and you have no care that you're dumping it on others at a "much higher" than normal price.
It is NOT usable, you stated that yourself.
YOU CAN NOT LOCK-TITE A PART THAT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED BY IT'S VERY NATURE........ THAT'S WHAT IT'S THERE FOR.......
I say "top dollar" because you have been conned into believing what you've been paying for parts from a particular eBayer is acceptable.
I say "conned" because he frequently sells parts above or WAY above dealer list price and labels them as "rare" or "discontinued" to raise his selling price even further. I've seen him charge as much as 3-4 times dealer price for some parts that were readily available yet listed as "discontinued" by him. Making profit I understand, but highway robbery.....
I have no problems if paying his rates are acceptable to you, it makes no difference to me, I've paid too much for items before just because I wanted them NOW.
You can buy loaded FL250 steering wheels on Ebay for $50 or less, fully functional, but you want a minimum of $75 for one that's missing a LOT of parts and has a MAJOR mechanical issue.
NOS parts or not it's still a PIECE OF CRAP..........
