Odysalvage.com has rears I thought with dual rate springs no res's without threaded preload. That's why I was holding off on them. I'll have to look around for another vendor. I don't prefer to deal with Steve if I don't have to.

Try searching ebay for someone selling WORKS at a good price search for a popular quad like a TRX450R then contact the guy with the best shock prices and ask him for a price on the shocks you want, anybody that sells WORKS should be able to get them.

Price shop around.

PA ride weekend went great, good mix of vehicles and very varried terrain. we had one 2wheel drive turbo buggy, 5 rzr's and about 8 quads. turbo power is great, that thing blasted across mud holes that had the sport quads calling for the winch cable. camping there was cool as well, need a warmer sleeping bag though! should have the vids up soon. def going back!

the white line in the google earth pic is Saturdays ride, about 20miles each way. the red line was Sunday's am ride. to any of you that can get to Trevorton it's a great place.

several toyhaulers in the main lot when we pulled in, this one was quite nice!

that's the reading antractie trails area all the way, you can go anywhere by trail from there and be totally legal doing it for $100. per year

Please let us know the next time you go, do you know your way around there? maybe we can do a pilot ride day in november or dec

Wish I could ride at my place. Tamaqua isn't close enough for me to ride the ody there. I seen signs for it off the Allentown exit of the extension. I'm an exit south. Keep me posted .

if your willing to travel to western PA I have a friend out there with hundreds of miles of trails. He put's everyone up at his farm where he has a couple of rv's and a cabin specifically for riders to stay in. My longest day there so far was 80 miles without running the same trail twice. it was nutz! i know my Ody has trouble with stream crossings due to the belt getting wet and slipping, never ridden or even seen a pilot how do they handle water? I ask this because all of these riding areas have a lot of puddles and water crossings, not too deep but some are pretty long.

What was wrong with the Lowrance?

I have a Nuvi 500 like it so far.

Can you save the file you had in google earth as a KML file and attach like you would a picture?

I have ripped my hair out with the Lowrance. downloaded latest upgrade from Lowrance and it still just doesnt seem to work well. The maps just won't load, it loses where we are, and half the time when you look up to check where you are it's off! On this last trip it would rarely stay on long enough to aquire location. As I check forums I find I am not alone with these problems. I tried the tech help line, they apparently had the same lame users manual that I did and nothing else, freakin horrible! They should not have produced this thing if they aren't going to support it. I'm done with it, at this point if they announced that all the problems were suddenly fixed with a new upgrade I still wouldn't bother just don't trust it anymore.

really hoping the Nuvi will at least stay on and be able to tell me where I am. I don't need anything fancy, just want to be able to find my way back.

sorry for the rant just really dissapointed with myself for not doing my homework before buying it. plenty of info on the web about this sub-par product.

Where in western PA? I'm in Pittsburgh, and am interested in finding more places to ride. Ideally the ones that don't require registration and stuff like that, since my buggy is a custom build.
