Take a close look at your driven clutches, get out the service manual and read how
to service it, you cam make most the tools yourself, most of the 250's I have
worked on the bushing on the moveable shaft is worn down, some will wear
so bad they bind and will not allow the clutch to properly shift out.
The 94c clutch is a good clutch it is pretty much like the
power bloc in design,
they make a driven clutch too (think it is called 90D) that works real well on
the 250 if yours is worn out bad, there was a guy selling them on ebay for
the FL350 I am sure he can get them for the 250 also, think his nick was
"sledpartsguy" ?
