Well I hope I don't jinx myself by posting this, but I am leaving Thursday morning after I drop the kids off at school to go pick this thing up. It's a about a 1700 mile round trip so i really hope it doesn't turn out to be beat to death once I get there. I will let you all know how it went when I get back.

He sent some but they are not the best. Over all, from I can see it looks ok. He claims he has no idea what bore it is on & that caused me a little concern. He said he has a Honda shop in Oceanside do all his work, & it is still in the break in stage but it runs good with no problems. I think he said he is the second owner and has had it since 94 or 95. When I tried to get him to go into a little more detail on the cylinder he sounded a little irritated with me and went on to they used a Honda piston and not a Wiesco & it could have been sleeved but he didn't know. After talking it over with a friend, I have come to the conclusion he may just really not know a lot about them. The plastic looks weak IMHO, and Steve pointed out the roll cage looks it might be a bit tweaked on the left side. I plan to bring a compression gauge and as long as it cranks decent compression and isn't just totally hammered when I get there, I think it will be fine. All I am looking for is something sound I can go out and have fun on, obviously I would like it to be in nice shape but this is about the top of my budget right now, so I guess I can't really expect it to be perfect. lol...

Did you check out the one I posted for 3,900 from Vista. CA? the one above looks sun beaten to me if your not in a hurry I think you can find a better deal, I would be willing to pass on the Pilot I bought from slickrick to you for what I have in it 3,500 you can put 2,000 into it plus what you save in gas driving half way.
