And to top it off, very little of the cylinder is actually water cooled.

I wouldn't waste my time.

I agree is quite expensive for what it is. Just thought I'd pass it along since it's Hillside Honda. Notice in pic 5 where the transfers meet the sleeve. There's a spot. Not sure if that's bad or not. For reference to anyone looking at this. You can have your jug water jacketed and get this browns R+D head which is supposed to be a modern version of the hillside stuff for around $750. They also do porting and other things for an extra fee. This would be for someone wanting to build a vintage Engine.

Nothing I see in them pics shows me its ever been ported he confused by someone matching up the exhaust flange with porting?
