I've got 3 other Zilla projects and my old lady says one has to go. Plus I'm moving soon.

Not a buggy, but certainly a favorite product of the 80's! :-)

Thanks!

The only medicine for that sickness is MORE TOYS. It's one-way street. It's painful to sell this Zilla. I've been profiling people's emails and voicemails about it, too. LOL! if you don't sound like a good owner, I don't call you back. :-)

But I really want to get some more shop equipment, or some cash for a 4-seater Polaris or Yamaha buggy....aka a "family truckster".

Too many toys...and what ISN'T pictured are my two running Zillas and a pair of 4' W x 8' T steel shelves of buggy parts. lol

- '85 FL350R rebuilt (under tarp)
- '85 FL350R running, but needs TLC (left one in back)
- '85 FL350R 85% complete and needs TLC (right one in back)
- '85 FL350R 100% disassembled (on trailer)
- At least 1.75 more buggies (less frames) in parts (in my shop)
- '88 Zilla for sale
- '88 Zilla freshly rebuilt (my latest 'baby')
- '90 Zilla in great shape, Engine out for total rebuild (under tarp)
- '87 LT250R frame with large-reed Zilla Engine and Zilla suspension, in pieces (on trailer)
- 1.5 extra Zillas-worth of Engine parts, tires, etc. (in shop)
- 8hp Troy-Built wood chipper (also under tarp) for tresspassers, theives, and daughter-messer-arounders. Takes up to 4" diameter tree & body limbs , freshly sharpened everything, with 1000-ac of farm and woods to dispose of.

My favorite find ever for these toys is a set of G-force extended hubs that fit the Zilla axle splines and have the same bolt pattern as the FL350R. Makes my rear wheel/tire inventory very versatile! lol

Some other pics of the Zilla for sale that aren't on the CL ad...

Also...if you have a hoard of buggy parts, I may be willing to do a trade, partial trade, etc. Would really like to get some Works rear shocks for the FL350R, 400-550cc liquid-cooled sled Engine (complete) for my project buggy, aftermarket FL350R wheels, water-cooled head, gearboxes, etc. Even a nice 250cc+ Enduro in great shape w/ title would be considered.

Well, a guy is coming down from Grand Rapids, MI this weekend to trade me a Snap-On Plasma50 plasma cutter for my '88 Zilla. Looks like they're going for around $2500-$3200 used, and I'm asking $2600 for my Zilla. Figure I'm getting the better end of the deal, plus the plasma cutter is an easier sell if I want to get rid of it. May be able to part with it for both a nice TIG setup and a smaller plasma cutter. I've got air, 220v, and some 1/2" hot-rolled steel to test it at my shop.

Anyone use one of these Plasma50's? Saw a video on YouTube comparing it to the Miller equivalent.

(Pics removed)...

Yep, no-go on that Plasma50. It's big & bulky and not as compact or powerful as the newer ones which go for $1500-$1800.
