Hoserize the mounts, been doing this since the first time I removed my Engine/trans in my Pilot, wash clean them really good then when dry fill the low spots with silicone sealer I use black so they will match, mound it up a little higher than the rubber mount, let it dry at least 24 hours then take a razor blade and trim them down so they are a light press fit.

You don't want them too tight will increase vibration.
You don't want to silicone them then reinstall the mount wet they will never dry.
Have found no negative side affects from doing this tested since 1999 or before cant remember exact year first time I removed my Engine.
3 mounts in the trans and if they are all the same age all 3 are worn not just the one.
