Call Nick, 1-661-312-2765 I would bet he has some used ones in good shape.
If he does not, let me know and I will see what I can do to help.

After reading this post i wanted to see if it was possible to re-mould a mount, so i used one of mine to make a mould then poured one using polyurethane resin, below is the result. It was only a rushed experiment to see if it would work but i think it has. This was poured with a resin with a shore hardness of 50 so it is quite flexible, a little more flexible than an original mount but the hardness and colour options are endless. I am unable to test it as yet as i am not rebuilding my pilot untill next year but i will repot back with the results when i have tested it.

Thanks speed, the mould was made from RVT silicone, really easy to use and sticks to practically nothing so easy to demould when resin has set. Shrinkage is really non existent and the one i re-moulded fitted just like the original.

Bet LEE can help with the shore hardness or durometer to use for these mounts.

Can you duplicate the other half of the mount also?

Wouldn't take much to make the "washer" part of the mount.

1. Turn a washer with a boss
2. Turn the boss ID to the bolt size
3. Turn another washer with a hole for slip fit around the other washer's boss
4. Cut a rubber disk to the right thickness with a hole. Washers need to "float" on the rubber disk with the boss keeping everything axially aligned.

Done.

No need to bond anything, esp if you don't have the p/u ingredients. Although for ease of assembly, you could use some adhesive on the washers' inner faces.

50 Shore A hardness sounds too soft, eh? Heck, a flex panel air filter is 30-40 Shore A and they're squishy. For dampening the Engine's vibe, I'd stick with something closer to the stock mount's hardness. Just mix your poly and isocyanate to produce a harder p/u part. Brass won't really dampen anything. Delrin or nylon would be a little softer than the brass.

2-poke engines vibrate. Period. You want to keep the vibrations off the frames, b/c welded joints do not like vibe.
