The time has come for another cylinder, my cylinder is on its last Honda bore,
the piston to cylinder clearance has grown after wearing out 3 pistons to provide 
a .0039 piston to cylinder clearance, Honda recommends .0031 I could bore the 
cylinder and go with a wiseco but no thanks, my cylinder has served my engine 
well, using the much more stable Honda cast pistons it lasted 14 years, I rather 
have my new spare cylinder ported and save my old cylinder as a spare, I might
have the cast liner plated and built up taking it back one bore size but for now
I will be going with the new, Macdizzy ported my last cylinder and it ran great and
provided me with the reliability I wanted, the wear of the rings was perfect and 
even all the way around, I would like to take it up a notch for slightly more power
if I can retain the reliability.

Knowing Martin Saint (Sainty) of Stealth Engineering was moving to the US from 
England sometime in 2003 I decided to have him evaluate my current cylinder
and design me something with slightly more power.

The cylinder out of the box is pretty rough but not only will just the casting flaws
be removed Martin will use the latest 2 stroke engineering software to design 
a engine that will not only perform it will be reliable and tuned to the pipe and 
RPM I desire.







As you can see from the factory they are plenty rough, only the huge casting flaws are removed
even then they are not blended in very well just knocked down, nothing is matched.
