Hello to all,

I have taken my LT pilot completely apart and the frame is worse then I had expected, all in the left front, I have decided to sell the Lower frame and entire LT kit minus axles and rear shock hoop supports. The hoop supports are the small bars that run from the rear shock hoops to the down tubes and then another small bar welded in between the rear down tubes.

Here is a list of what it will come with,

Bare lower frame (no title) with all LT and bump steer mounts, bump steer kit with stabilizer and all tie rods, front upper and lower swing arms, front shocks Both in great shape, they were rebuilt by atvr a couple of years ago and have seen very little use, rear radius arms, rear lower control arms, 3 rear upper swing arms ( I have an extra one, I replaced the left rear with a new one because I did not like how far the ball joint went in to it.), rear shocks, they are both in great shape but the left rear will need new seals, I sent them off to atvr thinking that they would replace the seals in all the shocks but when I got them back they had not replaced the seals in the left rear, I called and Niel told me that they usually only replace seals that show signs of leakage and if they look good they only service the shock with new oil.)

$2400.00 no fees on payment. Shipping is the buyers responsibility, I will help in any way I can. I am going out to California in March, if it is along my route I could deliver for no extra charge.

I have ran this machine with the bent frame and had no problems, honestly it flat out halls butt and handled great. I did not realize the frame was this bad until I took it apart.

The only things you will need to complete the kit are axles and rear shock hoop supports.

Please PM me if you are interested.

Thank you.

Blows me away honda put no suport at all on the bottom of the frame. On the other side that frame could have been made that way. I have not come across a frame yet that is the same. Good luck on the sale

Thank you Sir.

Porto power and blocks of wood in the corners so the Porto power doesnt cave in the gussets
..
I fixed mine like that

Also had to straighten a diamond out of it,,used a car frame straightener for that

Used measuring tape to measure diagonally across the frame section ..little by little it will square
