I think I have just about put off the wiring harness as long as I can, should be starting on it tomorrow I am adapting an 89 pilot wire harness.

Starting to look like a machine.

Here are some pics of where I got to on Saturday, my wife kept me home on Sunday so a rolling chasis is as far as I have gotten.

I am really looking forward to the Pilot wheel and wire harness you'll be running on this ody, that's a mod for the ages indeed, the wheel alone if you use the masters IMO is a great upgrade, along with the fuel sensor too.
Steve, could you please detail that install and mods(if any) for us 350 gurus-Nuke-Em would be so happy like me to see that-thanks!!!

Good evening, you bet I will get more detail on the wheel and wire harness as I do it.

What I did when I set the spot for the fuel level sensor is, I filled the old tank that came out of it with 1/2 water and then marked the outer part of the tank all the way around. I then reinstalled it and figured out the safest location for the sensor, I drilled and had a nut saudered in place before I had the new used tank double lined. The guys that do my radiator's did the sauder and lining for free for me and they really did a good job.

The sensor is about half a tank give or take a little.

There is a better way to do this and it would make use of some old pilot tanks that are no good, in the pilot fuel tank where the level sensor goes in it has a tube for the sensor that keeps it from going off when fuel is sloshed around.
If I had a pilot tank to cut up I would have much rather done it this way.

I used the pilot rear brake caliper for many reasons, it has the return spring that is much stronger than the odyssey's,
it has a brake wear indicator and it's arm has the hook up for the brake light switch.

The steering wheel is going to be the easiest I think and hope, the biggest thing is getting longer brake hoses and securing the metal lines so they do not move around. The master's are the main reason I am using a pilot wheel, that idea is what started the whole thing with the harness and everything else.
