Hey Jim, what are you going to be using for an overflow bottle? I wound up using a bottle from a banshee and made an custom bracket to hang it from the top of the cage in the triangle area where everyone likes to put number plates. If I roll it the bottle's bracket should bend and not do damage to the bottle (I hope).

Damn! I thought 4 months for the head was a long time! Hopefully we will get something soon! I don't know about you but I'm starting to get impatient!

You know, once that thing is all buttoned up we will be requiring pictures from every possible angle (close ups) of that bad boy!

one step foward two back.after asking alot of questions and reading i took my cylinder back off the Engine and shipped it to trevor at hillside honda to cut the deck of my cylinder to correct the squish to the proper clearence.then when he makes my hillside head he will change the cc's in the dome to correct the compresson to run on pump gas.so now it back to wait time.hopefully i can get this Engine back together before the end of the month.the weather is startin to warm up gettin the itch to go ride.

Hey Jim, are you going to plug the holes in your radiator where the thermo switches are? If you didn't have them welded over and are looking for a plug to fit in them the threads are a M18 x 1.5. I used an Oil pan drain plug Dorman # 090-114.

Now that I downloaded it and zoomed it, I can see what it is. For a minute there I thought you had two more switches.

I was up 'till about 3 reading this post from front to back...Really like the determination you guys have! I've noticed a lot of you that have 6 month+ projects going because you want to get it done right. I know ya'll have more patience than me....I hate being out a weekend!!

I really like the 450R radiator setup with the tubing...mounting looks good...and the water pump setup is nice. Can't wait for you to get you head and pipe in so we can see this thing move!

-JP
