I just got my DG pipe installed and would just like to know what jet combinations I should start with. Its a 350 stock carb, stock bore, water cooled head, stock air box. Any help would be very thankfull. Oh and thanks Tpreed for the exhaust manifold :-)

depends on a lot of other things. I forget what was in my stock carb, but I have a 160 main in my 39mm, and it runs a little rich. I would just do a couple plug chops to get in the ballpark and then keep an eye on your plugs.

nobody out there running a simular set up? just looking to get in the ball park. I don't have much experience with carb tuning, and the odyssey came with several different jets. Just thought maybe someone could save me a lot of time.

I don't know what you should start at because I run a mikuni carb, but just start rich (biggest jet you have)and do plug chops and slowly lean it out.

I would start with the biggest jet you have and work down. There are too many environmental factors that effect jetting, even with a similar setup. Air temp, elevation, barometric pressure and humidity all effect your jetting.

I would set in the center position and leave it there. You don't really want to mess with the clip until you find the right main jet.

Hmm
Where is Mudbogger he has setup how many of these now?

How is your jetting skills?

Have you read this?

http://pilotodyssey.com/BillGivensjetting.htm

Anybody new to jetting should print that out and read it a few times, give a day or two to soak in between reads, jetting is not hard once you learn it you can diagnose and jet like a pro.
